In this article we would like to show you how to set an expiration in days in Edit Arena.
Expirations in days is created for companies who have to deal with short expiration periods. For example dairy, grocery, pharma, brewery, etc. A good example is a simple yogurt where expiration dates are in just a few days. Inventoro will optimize inventory to cover just this specific expiration date and will eliminate write-offs because of expiration.
Here is how you do it in Inventoro:
1. Choose a product from filters:
2. Then, pick an SKU you want to set an expiration in days for, or, change it in bulk:
3. Then:
a) if you need to set an expiration in days for one SKU simply change the number in the same row and that's it:
b) If you need to set an expiration in days for all SKUs change the number above individual SKU rows and then click Confirm:
If you'd like to set the automatic rule for future edits, check the box and click Confirm. It will automatically set an expiration in days number for every future edit with this SKU.
